No Refund Policy
By registering for this MUN conference, you acknowledge and agree that all registration fees are non-refundable. This policy applies under all circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Cancellation of attendance by the participant for any reason.
- Failure to attend the event.
- Changes to personal circumstances that prevent participation.
- Dissatisfaction with the event for any reason.
Transfer of Registration
If you are unable to attend the conference, you may transfer your registration to another eligible participant, subject to prior written approval by the conference organizers. All transfer requests must be submitted at least 14 days before the event and must include the details of the new participant.
Cancellation by Organizers
In the unlikely event that the conference is canceled or rescheduled by the organizers, we will provide detailed instructions regarding alternative arrangements. However, the non-refundable policy for registration fees remains in effect.
Agreement to Policy
By completing your registration and submitting payment, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of this refund policy. We encourage all participants to carefully consider their ability to attend the event before registering.
